No Refunds or Returns Policy
At Treats by Tina, due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Please note: Any delivery fees applied to your order are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Although we take great care in preparing and packaging your items, Treats by Tina cannot be held responsible for damages or issues once the order has been successfully delivered. If you discover a defect or an incorrect item upon receipt, please reach out to us at treatsbytina.tbt@gmail.com right away so we can assess the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
As part of our no-return policy, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (such as food items), custom products, or personalized items.
