how do I place an order?

what flavors do you offer?
our current lineup includes twisted chip, s’mores, oreo overload, pb after dark, jam packed, cinnadoodle, and chip happens. we rotate in seasonal and limited-edition flavors regularly, so follow us to stay in the know.
do you accept custom orders?
yes! whether you're planning a party, event, or just want something a little more personal, we’re happy to create custom treat boxes. minimums may apply, so reach out to chat details.
where are you located?
we're based in northern virginia - alexandria, arlington, or the DMV area. pickup is available, and local delivery may be possible depending on distance and availability.
do you ship your treats?
at this time, we are not offering nationwide shipping, but stay tuned!
are your treats nut-free or gluten-free?
please note our kitchen is not allergen-free. while some treats may not contain nuts or gluten ingredients, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination hasn’t occurred.
what’s your return or refund policy?
because our treats are perishable, we don’t accept returns. if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.
how should i store the treats?
treats are best enjoyed fresh, but you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 5. for longer shelf life, pop them in the freezer.
do you offer bulk or event catering?
yes! we love baking for events, showers, and celebrations. send us a message with your date, estimated quantity, and any flavor requests.
how far in advance should i order?
we recommend ordering at least 5 to 7 days ahead to secure your preferred pickup or delivery date. rush orders may be possible depending on availability.
how does pick up work?
pick-up is available at 10 e glebe road in alexandria.
i’m also happy to arrange pick-up at other locations — many of you know i coach at spots like f45 ballston and lalita method. we can easily coordinate a time before or after class that works for you.
where do you deliver to?
delivery is available! we currently offer delivery to the following zip codes. a $5.00 delivery fee applies to all orders within these areas.
