when will I get my order?
you’ll receive an update within 24–48 hours with details about your pick up or delivery. most orders are typically ready within 2–5 business days.
pre-orders become available once the flavor launches, and you'll receive an email with pick up or delivery details.
how does pick up work?
pick-up is available at 10 e glebe road in alexandria.
i’m also happy to arrange pick-up at other locations — many of you know i coach at spots like f45 ballston and lalita method. we can easily coordinate a time before or after class that works for you.

delivery is available! we currently offer delivery to the following zip codes. a $5.00 delivery fee applies to all orders within these areas.

what’s your return or refund policy?
because our treats are perishable, we don’t accept returns. if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.
